delivery and returns
All smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail , each order will be dispatched within 2 -3 working days of your order being received. From placing your order you should receive your order within 4-5 working days. Larger pieces will be sent via courier and I will be notify you of this. I cannot be held responsible for delays with the delivery company once it has left my care. Any problems with the delivery of your order please get in touch and I can look into it for you.
I will check and wrap your mosaic in plenty of packaging to ensure it arrives safely. However once it has left me it is hard to keep safe and some accidents can happen along the way. If your order was to arrive damaged please send me a picture of the packaging and broken product within 72 hours and I will endevour to replace it. Given the unique quality of each mosaic I cannot guarantee an identical replacement.
I hope you will be happy with your new mosaic but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like to return please return to my address on your packaging within 2 weeks of purchase. As long as the item is returned as it was sent out a full refund of your initial order will be made to your account within 24 hours. However you would be responsible for paying for the return. Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase and will only be processed once I have received the item.
If we find that the product has been returned to us in anything less than a fully resalable condition due to usage or lack of packaging during the return transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
